Baycarl Editing Services is a photo retouching platform designed for photographers. Users can upload images, pay for retouching services, and download completed work. Our services are available only to registered users.

3. User Account Obligations

Account Registration : You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Baycarl Editing Services.

Use of Account : You may not share your account or allow others to use it. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Image Uploads and Retouching Services

Permissible Content : By uploading images, you affirm that you own or have the right to use the images and that they comply with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse any content deemed offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate.

Editing Limitations : While we strive to meet retouching requests, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or fulfill every request exactly as submitted. Edits are completed anonymously by approved editors to protect user privacy.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Refund Policy

Pricing : Prices are displayed at the time of service selection. Baycarl Editing Services reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

Payment : Payment is required upfront before retouching services commence.

Refunds : Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered. Exceptions may apply at the sole discretion of Baycarl Editing Services if issues arise that are verifiable and demonstrable.

6. Privacy and Data Retention

Data Protection : We collect and store user data for account management and service fulfillment purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

Data Retention : Edited images will remain accessible for two months after completion. After this period, images will be permanently deleted from our system. Users are responsible for downloading and storing their completed files before expiration.

7. Intellectual Property

User Rights : You retain ownership of the images you upload, subject to these Terms of Use.

Platform Rights : You grant Baycarl Editing Services a limited license to process, edit, and store your uploaded images solely for retouching and fulfillment purposes.

8. Limitations of Liability

Baycarl Editing Services and its affiliates will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from the use of our platform, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, or interrupted service. Use of our platform is at your own risk.

9. Modification of Terms

Baycarl Editing Services reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, United States. If you are located outside the United States and wish to file a lawsuit against Baycarl LLC, you agree that any such disputes will also be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas, and you waive any objection to the venue of such courts.
